I’m assuming this is 0.009 + 0.012, and expressing in standard form. Sorry picture isn’t very clear.
Adding the two, you’ll get: 0.021
And then expressing in standard form:
2.1 * 10^-2 or 2.1/10^2

Your maths is very weak try yourself this would improve your skills don't depend on others
