Your customer wants you to develop a solution that can encode Caesar cipherse. The input given by the user will be a string of alphanumeric characters (this will include 0 - 9 where the numbers will follow the letter 2) and a key which indicates how many characters the character in question needs to be shifted.
The output will be the encoded message that has been shifted by the key.
