As the new executive director of an HMO in the tri-state area your job is to determine whether or not the doctors in your network have more experience than the national average. A random sample of 150 doctors from your HMO shows a mean of 10.9 years of experience. a)State the research and the null hypotheses to test whether or not doctors in your HMO have more experience than the national average.
