When Hans travels Route 8, the distribution of times is approximately Normal with a mean of 20.8 minutes and a standard deviation of 5.4 minutes. Hans randomly selects 11 times he drove Hampton Road and 11 different times that he drove Route 8. What is the probability the mean time of the Hampton Road trips will be less than the mean of the Route 8 trips
