In an effort to plan our monthly food budget I was hoping you help me figure out our typical sales. I need to know how many of each of the entrees and how many of each of the desserts I can expect to
sell if we are expecting 150 - 250 customers per week. I would also like to know how much money I can
expect to make. Perhaps you could also let me know how much the average customer spends.
