Please help me ASAP! A King Fisher dives into a lake and resurfaces 6 metres later. The underwater path of the bird is described by a
parabola with the equation,
y = 0,5x2 - 3x, where x is the horizontal distance the bird swims and y is the bird's
depth underwater. Both measurements are in metres.

a) What is the total horizontal distance that the bird swims?

b) What is the greatest depth that the bird reaches? At what distance does it reach this depth?
