Create a expression following these rules. 1. All four operations must be used at least once (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
2. At least two exponents must be used where the base and the exponent aren't 0 or
3. At least two sets of parentheses must be used.
4. At least one fraction and one decimal must be used where the fraction and the decimal don't simplify to a whole number (ie: 4/2 can be your "division" requirement but not your "fraction" requirement because it simplifies to 2).
