The oxygen fuel tank for NASA’s new SLS (Space Launch System) holds about 740,000 L of liquid oxygen. Liquid oxygen has a density of 1141 g/L. The oxygen will react with liquid hydrogen to produce the rocket’s thrust. Calculate the mass of hydrogen needed to completely react all the oxygen:
2H2+O2→2H2O

Liquid hydrogen has a density of 71 g/L. What is the minimum volume of liquid hydrogen needed to completely react all the liquid oxygen?
