Part A:
The equation in standard form would be 2x+y=22.
Using two points: (4,14) and (9,4) you can solve for the slope 10/-5=-2
Then using y-y1=m(x-x1) (point-slope form) to identify one point on the line.
So for the equation, it would be y-4=-2(x-9) add 2x to both sides of the equation then you would add 4 to both sides.
Then you are left with 2x+y=22

To graph the equation for the first 10 hours you would substitute 10 for x because x is the time variable.
