The case of shared care in Barbados Following series of studies on health services, caregiving at the household level shared care was proposed by a group of researchers from the ministry of health in 2007. The shared care approach was based on the idea that mothers and health workers could jointly assume and complement each other in informed recognition, caretaking, and treatment-seeking for childhood illnesses.
Conceptualize and design a monitoring and evaluation system that could be used to assist with the development of a policy to govern the shared care program. Your M&E system should include but not limited to scope, objectives, data collection techniques, logical framework, and indicators. In addition, also identify any challenges perceived as well as limitations and constraints to the M & E system. The budget for the M & E system is restricted to 100, 000 and the time frame for completion of data collection and final report to parliament in six months
