Compare the Functions fx=4x-1 and h(x)=cos(x+2pi) to find which function has the greatest y-intercept. I am struggling with this one, I've walked through it a few times and gotten multiple different answers I understand the question but something just isn't clicking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
