Solving absolute value equations.
2-|2x-5|= 7

add 5 to both sides:

2x = 7 + 5

Simplify  7 + 5  to  12:

2x = 12

Divide both sides by 2:

x = 12\2

simplify 12\2 to 6:

x = 6   (answer)

typically if you want , you would actually put questions here for us to you. but hey, that's just me. maybe someone will magically answer the questions for you without knowing what they are.

to find the perimeter of the rectangle this is the expression:

x-9+x-9+3x-4+3x-4=138

if we simplify it:

8x-26=138

remember, 138 is what it all adds up to

the length is 11.5cm

the width is 57.5cm

the area is 661.25cm^2
