1. Karen is flying a kite on a windy day. Her kite is 80 feet above the ground and her string is 100 feet long. Karen is holding the kite 3 feet above the ground. Find the horizontal distance from Karen to the projection of the kite on the ground. Also, use a guess & check method to find Karen's angle of elevation as she looks up at the kite. Be sure to document and explain how you found the angle.
