Can someone please help me with some of these? i’m having such a hard time understanding

I’m going to explain one and give you the answer to the rest:)!
20. y=-3/2x+1

y=2/3x-2; (-2,4)

first we have to make 2/3 (the slope) the opposite reciprocal.
this is opposite sign AND the way it’s written ,making the slope -3/2
we place this in point-slope form
the formula is y-y1=mx(x-x1)
now we place what we have
y-4=-3/2(x-(-2)
now we distribute
y-4=-3/2x-3
now add 4 to both sides.
y=-3/2x+1.
21. y= -7/2x-35/2
22. y= -8/3x-7
23. y=1/4x+1
