L. B. Johnson held a track and field event during the school year. Miguel was part of a four-person shot put team. The shot put is a track and field event where athletes shoot (or "throw") a heavy sphere, called a "bullet", as far as possible. To determine a team's score, the distances of all team members are added together. The team with the highest score gets first place. The final score of the current winning team in the shot put is 52.08 ft. Miguel's classmates fired the bullet at the following distances: 12.26 ft., 12.82 ft. and 13.75 ft. Exactly how many feet will Miguel have to throw the bullet from to tie the current score in first position? Show your work.
