An inflatable life-raft has the shape of a rectangular box and is deflating due to a puncture. The raft is 18 inches high. As it is deflating, its length is decreasing at a constant rate of 1 inch per second and its width decreases at a constant rate of 2 inches per second. When the length is 11 inches and the width is 4 inches, determine the rate at which the volume of air is emptying from the inside of the raft.
