I would say triangle VQB is congruent to the triangle TJE. Not entirely sure about the transformation, try reflecting it over y=x or y = -x,, translate it, and rotate it

For 8, FAKE is congruent to CMDI, (Transformations from FAKE to CMDI) then it's a reflection over the y axis, and reflect over the x axis.
