Can u guys do this ratio question. this is extremely urgent a tap is leaking water at a rage of 1l every 8 hours. how long will it take for the tap to leak a total of 300ml?

Find a number such that if you add 8 and divide the result by 4 you will get the same answer as if you subtracted 3 from the original number and divided by 2

How many sides does a regular polygon have if each exterior angle measure is 45 degrees explain your answer, i really don't understand this.
