Find the area of the rectangle or triangle plz i don't understand

To find the area of a rectangle multiply the numbers on the sides

Alright! So to find the area of a triangle, you do the length of the base times the height then divide it by two. Here is the formula: B X H / 2. So your problem would be
8(24m + 1)
192m + 8 
I do not see anything to plug in for m so I believe that this is your answer. 

For a rectangle, the area is just base times height. Very easy!
