→ y - 3 = - x - 1

→ y + x = - 1 + 3

→ x + y = 2

Hence, the equation of the line is x + y = 2.

Now,

we have to prove that,

A , B , C are collinear.

i.e.,

Slope of AB should be equal to Slope of BC.

We have;

Slope of AB = - 1.

→ - 1 = ( 1 - 2)/(1 - 0)

→ - 1 = - 1/1

→ - 1 = - 1

Hence, A , B , C are collinear points.
