I know that the answer is cannot be determined, that's what it says for my homework, but I'm not sure why. Also, it wouldn't me SSS because we only know that MT is congruent to EI and MI is congruent to IM but IT and EM are parallel, not congruent. If the answer on my homework didn't say Cannot Be Determined, I would say it's congruent by SAS because TM = EI, given, and IM = MI, reflexive property, and EM is parallel to IT which is also given, So anyways, that means m< TIM = EMI because of alternate interior angle theorum
