Ms. van said that in the number 26,062 one 6 is 10 times greater than the other 6. Is she correct? WHY or WHY NOT?

I am pretty sure she is not correct because one 6 is = to 60 and the other would be 6000 so if that’s the case i think it would be 100 times greater
