Point m is the midpoint between points a (-5, 4) and b(-1, -6). find the location of m

So midpoint is basically the middle of two points
in this question, we would use the formula 
m = [ (x₁ + x₂) ÷ 2 , (y₁ + y₂) ÷ 2 ]

so basically, we add the two x-coordinates and divide them by 2
                   and add the two y-coordinates and divide them by 2

which will give you (-3, -1)
because (-5) + (-1) ÷ 2 = -3 (x-coordinate)
       and   4 + (-6) ÷ 2 = -1 (y-coordinate)

The answer would be -3.9> -4.5
