Combining Like Terms
Equation: 5x + 7y -2x + 3y
So I get why it could be simplified into 5x - 2x and 7y + 3y, but how do we get the operation to combine those two?
What I mean is what would go in the underline here -
5x - 2x _ 7y + 3y
