you could have insomnia i sadly suffer from this.you can either force yourself to sleep that didn't work for me or you can try sleep podcasts app i recommend head space its white with orange dot there is sleep podcast or stories there this one that always calms me down and after listening to it you fall asleep without noticing there only a few unlocked but on sleep casts the one i was talking about is rainy day antics and free to listen along with 2 others but my favorite is rainy day antics and before it starts i would put the voice enough to were you can hear the narrator and the rain.
