Given that x(t) = c1 cos wt + c2 sin wt is the general solution of x11 + w2x = 0 on. (-infinity, infinity), show that a solution satisfying the initial conditions x(0) = x0, x1(0) = x1 is given by x(t) = x0coswt + x1 / w sinwt.
