I would really appreciate some help with this.

If data collected shows that 95% of cars travel at a speed less than 140 km h^-1, and 10% travel less than 90 km h^-1. What is the average and the SD for the cars? And what is the proportion of cars that travel at speeds exceeding 110 km^-1?
