Suppose the point B(2,8) is reflected across the x-axis and then translated according to the rule (x, y)→(y, x+4). What are the coordinates of B''? Show your work and explain.

B' = (2,-8) after reflecting over the x axis. The y coordinate flips from positive to negative. The x coordinate stays where it is.
