Kayden has a job lifting really heavy rocks up four floors. Each floor is 3m high and he gets up by using a ladder. The strength he needs to lift each rock is 200 Newtons. Calculate the work he does when he lifts one rock up one floor.

Calculate the work Kayden does in an 8 hour day if he lifts 5 rocks up 4 floors in one hour.

Is Kayden getting any Mechanical advantage? Explain.
