A. According to every running expert out there, in order to reduce the risk of injury, you are not supposed to increase the amount that you run in any week by more than 10% of the previous week. Let’s suppose that I am trying to increase the amount that I run by the maximum allowed by the 10% method. This week, I ran 19.2 miles. Answer the following questions and SHOW ALL WORK.
