NEED HELP ASAP

Two students, Jessica and Nick live in the same city. Jessica lives by the ocean, and Nick lives on the other side of town, far away from the ocean. When they use their anemometers, Jessica’s spins fast, while Nick’s hardly moves at all, even though they take the measurements at the same time on the same day.
