Y-2=3x-18 what’s the standard slope form of Ax + By =C

Jacob signs up to work for 2 1/2 hours at the school carnival. if each work shift is 3/4 hour, how many shifts will jacob work? (i just want to double check : |, for anybody that responds! : )

Idon’t understand! use slope intercept form to solve: through: (2,5) slope= undefined

[10 points, algebra 2]according to my answer key the restrictions are -1 and 4. but why not positive 1?
