After he has traveled 24.2 kilometers, another French dude, Laurent Fignon, 2nd to the last French guy to win the tour, sets out in the same direction going 59 km/h.
How long will it take the Laurent Fignon to catch up to Bernard Hinault? Give your answer in hours as a decimal and round to the nearest tenth of an hour if necessary.
