How do i start to solve? would appreciate a walk-thru! a bird sitting 16ft above the ground in an apple tree dislodges an apple. after how many seconds does the apple land on the ground? (assuming that no branches will interfere with it's fall)

Clarence wants to buy a new car. he finds an ad for a car that costs 27,200 dollars. suppose his local sales tax is 7%. -how much would he have to pay? -what is the cost of the car including tax? -if clarence has 29,864 saved, can he pay cash to buy the car?

Aclassroom is made up of 11 boys and 14 girls. the teacher has four main classroom responsibilities that she wants to hand out to four different students (one for each of the four students). if the teacher chooses 4 of the students at random, then what is the probability that the four students chosen to complete the responsibilities will be all boys?
