Anumber has the digits 2, and 4 to the nearest 100. the number rounds to 200 what is the number

The number could either be 240 or 204. This is because anywhere below 250 would round down, thus, 240 and 204 would round down to 200. Not sure if I read the question correctly, so reply if I didn't!
