How can i solve this sudoku function problem?

you must use either (-9 to -1) or (1-9) and you only can use each number once. whole integers.

in the end, both equations should result in the same number.

for anyone that is confused, the f( ) means that whatever you plug into that means you have to put that number in for every x for f(x).
