the line segments graphed on the coordinate plane represents an attic truss which uses triangular supports in the corners to provide the necessary structural strength, while providing a space for storage. due to structural concerns the designers have opted for a low ceiling. the interior boards of this truss are called webs. these web boards have been used to create two triangles as can be seen on the graph below.

note: use the graph on the left to answer the questions below. the diagram on the right has been provided for reference.
