You didn't mention the cost of the cart per hour. If it is 32 dollars an hour you get the cart for 1 hour. If it is 24 dollars an hour you get the cart for 1.5 hours. If it is 16 dollars an hour you get the cart for 2 hours. If it is 8 dollars an hour you get the cart for 4 hours. Etc...
