Going on vacation
diana wants to earn money to spend when her family goes on vacation in one week.
diana's parents decide that diana will get a weekly allowance for washing and drying
the dishes and walking the family dog every day. diana can be paid in one of two
ways. diana can earn ten dollars per week or twenty cents on monday, forty cents on
tuesday, eighty cents on wednesday and so on through sunday. which way should
diana select to be paid her allowance and why? show all your mathematical thinking.
