Which method can be used to find the product below?

11 x 7/10 (fraction, not dividing)

a. since 7/10 can be written as 7 x 1/10, the product is equivalent to 11 + 7 + 1/10

b. since 7/10 can be written as 10 x 1/7, the product is equivalent to 11 + 10 + 1/7

c. since 7/10 can be written as 7 x 1/10, the product is equivalent to 11 x 7 x 1/10

d. since 7/10 can be written as 10 x 1/7, the product is equivalent to 11 x 10 x 1/7

i think the answer is a or c, but i'm not 100% sure.
