After you do that, next you will didvide 3/1 by 2/3 and then mutiply the denomiantor 3/1 by 2 ( 3 x 2) then mutiply denomiantor (3/1, you are mutiplying the denomiantor of 1 by 9 if you get what I am saying) of 1 by 9.
