How to make a word problem with 5th graders

It is easy to make a word problem with 5th graders. All you have to do is imagine characters and math problem and put them together. For example, Mrs. Linda wants to equally divide her pens between her class. The class has 30 pens and 20 students. How many pens should each student get? Each student should have a one pen.
I know this because 30➗20= 1.5. That is my answer.
