Not EXACTLY sure what you're looking for here, but I found the amount of cheese per person in Sarah's dish and in Amy's dish.  For Sarah's dish, each person is getting .  In Amy's dish, each person is getting .  Each person eating Sarah's dish is getting 1/20 cup more cheese than each person eating Amy's dish.  Like I said, not sure exactly what you're looking for, but that's a start! ; )
