My friends mother is abusive, Shes mentally abusive and my friend has stated that she has been physically abusing when they were 4 till this day they're mother still threatens to hit them sometimes, I suggested recording for proof and contact cps but they said that if they contact cps they would get in trouble. I do not know what to do for they're sake, what should they do?
