(7/8/2007) Robert overheard ftwo strangers talking about the said property been sold to James. (8/8/3007) Joshua called Robert to discuss the sales and purchase agreement. Robert told him that he had sold to James as he thought Joshua offering was not interested anymore. Joshua wishes to sue Robert. How to advise Joshua?
