In Dahan v. Weiss, the court ultimately held that Select one: a. the writings generated between the parties were sufficient to comply with the Statue of Frauds such that the defendant was liable for the amounts sought by the plaintiff. b. The Statute of Frauds did not apply to the underlying agreement between the parties since it was only verbal. c. there were insufficient writings to evidence the defendant's alleged agreement to be responsible for the seller's indebtedness to the plaintiff. d. The defendant was not liable to the plaintiff because the parties had already fully performed the underlying contract.
