I am selling my car and because it has many miles on it, I turn back the odometer (the gauge which
shows how many miles a car has been driven). The buyer never asks me about how many miles the car
has so I do not overtly tell him a lie. Assume that the buyer is impressed with how low the mileage is,
and decides to buy it on that basis. Have I committed any form of fraud?
