QUESTION 3 Ramli has been working at a small printing company as a clerk for the past 3 years. His salary
was RM1,900.00 per month. One day, for no apparent reason, his employer told him to pack up
his belongings and not return to the office anymore. His employer gave no reason on why he
was terminated. Ramli was shocked and devastated. He seeks your advice on the followings:
(a) His rights under the Employment Act 1955.
