The Supreme Court is made up of a maximum of nine justices, or judges. How do Supreme Court justices decide how to rule in a case? All of the justices must agree

They appoint a jury of citizens and follow its recommendation.

A smaller group of one to three justices decides each case.

Each justice takes a side, and the side with more justices wins.​
