1. Ken and Tran are good friends. They studied for an accountancy degree together at university. After graduation, they decide to form a partnership to conduct an accountancy firm.
Ken is concerned and unhappy about the large business expenses incurred by Tran. Ken is also concerned that Tran has been
negligent in providing business advice to a client and that the client may suffer financial loss as a result of relying upon Tran's
advice.
Advise, with supporting legal reasons, whether:
(a) Can Ken be legally liable for the business debts incurred by Tran?
(b) Can Ken be sued by the client for compensation should the client suffer financial loss due to the negligence advice given by tran?โ€‹
